With our in-house Tool and Die Department, we can easily write a new program or manufacture a new tool for your needs. Combined with our global network for tooling sources, you can be assured we can efficiently design, create, and maintain all necessary dies for your needs.

Another stamp of quality.

Dee Zee maintains our own stamping facility, with presses that range from 30 tons to 600 tons and can cycle up to 120 times per minute.

We can also produce stampings that have tolerance as tight as +/- 0.004” Parts are measured according to the control plans using GD&T check fixtures to ensure accuracy.
