Stamping 

Dee Zee maintains our own stamping facility, with presses that range from 30 tons to 600 tons and can cycle up to 120 times per minute with a tolerance as tight as +/- 0.004”. GD&T check fixtures to ensure accuracy.

• 300T-500 Ton Presses. Bed Size = 144”x60”x32”

• 600 Ton Presses. Bed Size = 216”x72”x42”

 

Tube Bending
